Dear Clients and Friends,

Chandler and Brown, Ltd. is committed to serving our clients and community. Since our founding in 1981, we have helped families achieve their estate planning goals, serving our clients in matters related to asset protection, end of life planning, real estate, business planning, probate and trusts. We remain available to advise you and assist you with your estate planning needs.

Governor Walz signed Executive Order 20-20 which puts into effect a Stay at Home Order that goes into effect this Friday, March 27, 2020 at 11:59 PM until Friday, April 10, 2020 at 5:00 PM. This Order is being put into effect to slow the spread of COVID-19 across the state of Minnesota. This Order directs Minnesotans to stay home and limit movements outside of their homes beyond essential needs.

However, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has deemed that businesses providing legal services are critical and essential. The essential legal services Chandler and Brown, Ltd. provides exempts our office and staff from this Order. We have already facilitated remote working arrangements for nearly all of our team members, and we are limiting the number of team members that are present in our St. Paul office. Taking these steps has allowed us to follow the recommended social distancing measures, keep our team members and their families safe, and to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.

During this challenging time, providing our clients with the highest level of service remains our top priority. You can rely on us to meet deadlines, respond to your questions, and address any concerns in a timely manner. Our office is maximizing its ability to serve you virtually during this period. We will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation and keep you apprised of any new developments. Please contact our office or attorneys if you have any questions or legal needs during this time.
