In the continuing effort to accommodate your legal needs while helping to stem or slow the impact of COVID-19, Chandler and Brown, Ltd. would like you to know about the following options we are now offering to our clients:
For those clients who wish to execute their Estate Planning documents or wish to meet with one of the attorneys from our team regarding their Estate Plans, we are happy to conduct home visits. We will follow the CDC’s best practices of keeping social distance, which means we will try to avoid shaking hands and will maintain the recommended distance of six (6) feet.
For those clients who wish to meet remotely with one of the attorneys from our team regarding their Estate Plans, we will accommodate those requests over the phone or by video conference. We are happy to use whatever platforms you are most comfortable with and can accommodate video conferences on Skype or Zoom.
This is our attempt to keep our client’s best interests and health at the forefront of our priorities, as always. We want to make sure to limit exposure to those that are most vulnerable to the greatest extent that we can. It is our goal to keep business as usual for our clients as much as we can, even as we transition to a more virtual-oriented office in the effort to slow the spread of the virus.
